Our Application Consists of Four Steps:
- Schedule a time to sign your lease.
- Return your parental guaranty.
- Pay your one-time application fee.
- Pay your reservation fee.
1. Schedule a Lease Signing
Let us know the most convenient day/time that you and your roommates can stop by our office to sign your lease. The lease-signing process will take between ten and twenty minutes.
Be sure to bring these items to your lease signing:
- Driver’s License
- Application Fee
- Reservation Fee
2. Return Your Parental Guaranty
Please ensure your parent or legal guardian completes the parental guaranty form entirely including name, phone, email, home address and social security number. All parental guaranty forms must be notarized before being accepted.
There are three options available to return your parental guaranty.

3. Pay Your One-Time Application Fee
Be sure to bring the application fee to your lease-signing. This is a one time fee of $50 per resident payable by cash, check or money order. Make check or money order payable to Tiger Properties. The lease application fee is non-refundable.
4. Pay Your Reservation Fee
Be sure to bring the reservation fee to your lease-signing. Reservation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, with the completion of a move-in inspection for each house, the reservation fees for that house will convert to refundable security deposits to be returned at move-out per the Rental Agreement & Lease.
