Our Application Consists of Four Easy Steps:
- Contact our leasing office to let us know which floor you would like to live on.
- Submit your application online using the link below.
- Submit your guarantor/cosigner application using the link you receive after you apply.
- Sign your lease electronically and pay your deposit to reserve your spot!
1. Contact Our Leasing Office
Give us a call at 864-654-7368 to let us know your name, your roommates’ names, and which floor of the building you would like to live on and check availability.
2-3. Apply Online
Use the link below to apply online. Be sure to have these items in order to apply:
- Copy of your Driver’s License
- Pay Stub (0r upload your license a second time if guarantor is applying)
- Credit/Debit Card to Pay Your Application Fee
Your guarantor will need to apply using the link you receive via email after you submit your application. The lease application fee is non-refundable. Contact our office to confirm availability prior to applying.
4. Sign Your Lease
You and your guarantor will receive a link via email to sign your lease once all roommates have been approved. Once you sign your lease you will have successfully reserved housing at the BEST OFF CAMPUS HOUSING IN CLEMSON!
