WHAT TYPE OF LEASE DOES PLAZA ONE 89 OFFER?
Plaza One 89 offers individual leases.
ARE ANY UTILITIES INCLUDED IN MY RENT?
Residents of Plaza One 89 receive cable, Internet, trash, parking, and water services included with their rent. Electricity must be set up by residents separately at their own cost.
HOW LONG IS MY LEASE AT PLAZA ONE 89?
Each lease at Plaza One 89 is for a 12 month term. Residents are given first option to renew their house for another 12 month term.
HOW DO MY ROOMMATES AND I GO ABOUT SIGNING OUR NEW LEASE?
The first step is to complete the leasing application on Plaza One 89 website. Once that is complete, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a time to sign your lease.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN A LEASE?
Each resident needs to complete a leasing application, submit a $50 Application Fee, complete a Pre-Leasing Guaranty Application, and pay an administration fee.
WHERE CAN I GET THE PARENTAL GUARANTY FORM?
All guarantors must apply using the application on the the website.
DO APPLIANCES COME WITH MY NEW HOME?
Yes – each new home at Plaza One 89 comes standard with stainless style appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. A full size washer and dryer are also included in your spacious laundry room.
HOW FAR IS PLAZA ONE 89 FROM CAMPUS?
Plaza One 89 is located across the street from campus.
WHEN IS RENT DUE EACH MONTH?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late after 5PM on the 5th. Plaza One 89 offers each resident a grace period between the 1st and the 5th to pay their rent with no late fees if paid during that time period.
DO YOU OFFER A FURNISHED OPTION?
All residences at Plaza One 89 come standard with an upscale furnished package including common area as well as bedroom furnishings and a 60″ Smart TV. Please contact our team for a detailed inventory of the furniture package.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, parking passes are available.
WHILE I’M A RESIDENT, AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE A PET?
Pets are not allowed at Plaza One 89
